Dear Everyone,

It is with deep regret that we announce the closure of our showroom in Wokingham after 12 years of operation. We have appreciated the opportunity to assist hundreds of families in realising their dreams, and we extend our gratitude to each of you for your support over the years.

CONSULTATION

At Zara Kitchen Design we know how important it is that your kitchen is stylish and welcoming, but that it needs to be practical too, designed around your personal needs and lifestyle. Whether you have a firm idea in mind or are starting from scratch, we will take the time to get to know you, asking the right questions to establish what you want for your new kitchen- as well as what you don’t want! Together we can build a kitchen wish list for you, and from here we can guide you towards products in line with what you want to achieve, and in line with your project’s budget too.

DESIGN

Following discussion, we will produce a new kitchen design to present to you, complete with plans and full colour, 3-Dimensional prospective images. As detailed and realistic as possible, this will help you visualise how the entire space could look and feel. Also included is an itemised quotation. At this stage, we can discuss the proposed design before making any further edits necessary to bring it to the point at which you feel it is 100% right and you are ready to place your order* *Please note an initial kitchen consultation is free of charge. To start the design process we charge an initial fee of £100, though this will be refundable against a confirmed order.

INSTALLATION

Experienced, Reliable Kitchen Installation At Zara Kitchen Design we fit kitchens of all sizes ranging from small apartments to large extensions, yet regardless of the size of the project we always extend the same elevated level of care to our clients. Whether your kitchen is supply-only, or else you need prep works, electrics, plumbing, decorating or even small building works, at Zara Kitchen Design we can help, and will always carry out works to a professional high standard. All our fitters have worked with us for a minimum of 10 years and are highly experienced, especially in working with the brands we offer. They are also punctual, polite, and trusted.

 My wife and I looked at many kitchen manufacturers / retailers from mainstream to independent, and it was amazing the varying levels of customer service (good and bad) and sales techniques we experienced. With a kitchen being a major investment, we wanted to find the right retailer.  We chose Zara because of a recommendation. We are so pleased we did. Our new kitchen is exactly how we envisaged it would be. When we first met with Simon, the extension hadn’t been built. Between agreeing the original design and finally fitting the kitchen, we had to revisit the design several times. During fitting we made a few more small changes. But Simon worked with us to make sure we got the kitchen we wanted. The fitters Jack and Matt were both so tidy and showed so much attention to detail. Any issues we had, the team worked to resolve them as quickly as possible. Fantastic service.
